Sleepytime Sheep Stuffy
This small, soft stuffed sheep toy is 6 inches from head to tail and smells like lavender. A willing creature holding the stuffy can use an action to speak its command word to immediately fall asleep. This property can't be used again for 8 hours.
Minutes later, after blowing out the candles and checking the door once more for its security, Yorik lay down on the cot to sleep. Tucked under his arms was a well-loved stuffed animal, a sheep, that would certainly clash with his rougher public image were his companions to see it. While his sheer strength and powerful build made for good, if not intimidating, impressions, there's always more than meets the eye when it comes to truly understanding a person. Yorik knew that strength of body did not make him invincible: his greatest enemies weren't among the living, but resided in his memories and nightmares. With a deep breath, Yorik tried to unclench his hands and shoulders. He curled in closer to the stuffed sheep in his arms, whispering a word he knew all too well while slowly petting its soft exterior. His eyes fluttered quickly before closing, and in his last wakeful moments, knew that the real battles were just about to start once more.
